Toy Certification

It is a legal requirement for all makers of children's toys and products to conform to safety requirements, and carry a CE mark. A large part of this is to ensure that the materials you are using meet OEKO-TEX and European Standard EN71-3.

We have recently put our yarns through this testing and are pleased to be able to offer these certificates free of charge. Please follow the links below to download your copy.

Please note that our yarns simply meet the EN71-3 and OEKO-TEX standards, it's the products that you make that require the CE mark. – you need to complete the rest of the process! Don’t forget to check your safety eyes, stuffing etc, you must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials you have used meet the safety requirements.
